A taste test with 5 participants to see if non Celiacs/Gluten intolerant individuals can taste the difference between gluten free products and ‘normal’ products. The participants were asked to shut their eyes (so they couldn’t tell the difference from the appearance) and were given Gluten Free food to try and then the ‘Normal’ Version. They were then asked to write down individually which they felt was the Gluten Free version. Here were the results….
