Gluten Free Mini Nutella Brownie Cheesecakes

While these mini Nutella Brownie Cheesecakes are indeed decadent, their portion controlled size makes it easier to keep from overindulging. I’ve reduced the fat in the brownie recipe by replacing the oil with applesauce. And in the cheesecake batter, I used low fat cream cheese which has thirty percent fewer calories than its full fat counterpart. And when these two lighter batters meet you’ll have a dessert that people will be talking about long after the delectable treats are gone.     1) what can I sub? the Nutella for?
    2) Can I sub the sugar for stevia. I am on a sugar, and Gluten free diet. But will not use artificial sweeteners.

    There are so many goat cheeses on the market and they can vary quite a bit in taste? and texture. I love them all. If you use a creamier variety with a milder flavor versus a more pungent or drier crumbly textured selection it should work. If you try it, I hope you’ll report back with the results since it will certainly help others that may be wondering the same thing. And if I try it I’ll be sure to leave you a direct reply so you’ll know my results.
