I went gluten free at christmas.? lost a stone and a half in six weeks.
now I’m following the paleo guidelines… at 34 and in the shape of my life, I’ll never look back.
it doesnt mattter that they? are GMO or not. seed crops are not human food stuffs and thats the problem.
@RiceARonia it took about 2 months for me to lose 10lbs. But now that I’m 4 months into it, I’ve lost about 18lbs… my weight loss? is slowing. Im so thin, I can see my 6 pack abs again 🙂
How long did it take for you to lose the 10lbs? I’m really curious about this as I believe I may suffer from Gluten sensitivity? as well.
I’ve gone gluten free as well as on a paleo diet… definitely haven’t changed? the amount of food I eat nor my exercise regiment and as a result of being on this diet, I’ve lost 10 pounds (before I thought I was already thin and athletic), I get NO gas/flatulence, and my life has never been the same (I say this in a good way).
