thanks! And be careful with a lot of the gluten free food because they contain (Rice), and rice contains high levels of (Arsenic), which is harmful to your overall health: digestion &? eyesight/vision, etc. And be careful with buying processed food with BHA/BHT/and a lot of preservatives.
Whatever dietitian said that Frosted Flakes are gluten? free needs to switch occupations. That’s the kind of carelessness that could cost someone like me or my mother their life.

Actually, the Frosted Flakes aren’t gluten free yet, so make sure you tell everyone you share the video with. I think they’re in the process of making them gluten? free but I was misinformed by my dietitian.
