    Eggs can be still eaten if you have a lactose intolerance, you can use either rice, soy, almond or coconut milk for this recipe.
    There are also plenty of natural sugars that are less harmful to you, palm sugar is not too bad, but only a small amount.
    Maple syrup must be organic, not the ones that you buy in any shop.?

    So she uses maple syrup or honey in her cake recipe but they both contain sugar…I don’t? get it.
