Gluten Free Thai Grilled Chicken Recipe 1.5-2 lbs chicken thighs 1/3 cup chopped basil 1/3 cup chopped cilantro 2 tablespoon chopped ginger 2 tablespoon garlic 2 tablespoon sriracha 2 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce 2 tablespoon fish sauce 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon brown sugar (packed) Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Add chicken and let marinate overnight. Heat grill pan to medium high heat and let cook on each side for about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan and serve with rice or your favorite Thai side dish.
