@whitegirlfang Just do some reading on? ‘Natural cures’ for Celiac disease. I have been back on gluten for 6 months now. A lot of people are cant take gluten these days because of all the genetically modified foods. Just passing on what worked for me. I like my real pizza now 🙂 – good luck

@Xraller Thanks for your feedback! I actually have Celiac disease which is only treatable by completely removing all gluten from the diet. As far as I know, there is not presently any research to support ths use of magnesium supplements for? those with gluten intolerance. I always recommend checking with a physician before attempting to eat gluten again. Good luck!

Have you tried taking magnesium pills?? I became gluten intolerant out of the blue and after some reading about it I took magnesium pills for a month and then a couple times a week. Have no issues with gluten now.
