+Jo Gaz Still can’t reply to you in the comments Jo, do you know they are
turned off on your account? Do you know how to turn them on.

    Thanks?

Thanks Steve. Although I like that more and more people are becoming health
conscious, I’m getting annoyed with all the mis-information and health
buzzwords. So many people are going for the low-fat, low-sugar diets so
they can continue to eat like pigs! Moderation really isn’t that hard.
Unfortunately, some people are legitimately sensitive to things like gluten
and for them removing it from their diet is a good thing. The rest are just
jumping on the health buzzword bandwagon without doing any real research.?

That sums it up pretty well. In bread making it’s that stretchy almost
rubber-like consistency that traps the carbon dioxide released by the yeast
to create those nice air bubbles and a wonderful crumb to breads. You
demonstrated it well in your silliness at the end. It also makes the dough
very sturdy to work with and gives it that beautiful chewy texture.
There’s no real replacement for it. :)?

Really good explained! The main thing that is happening if someone who’s
gluten intolerant eats gluten is that the liver starts to attack itself.
(it’s hard to explain in another language and make it all clear..) And that
attack on the liver causes a huge pain in the belly area. And also the
person ends up with diarrhea.. :p

Sorry if I spelled something wrong. :)?

Thanks Steve. Very informative. Have you ever heard of gluten free pancakes
made with zucchini flour? I guess you mill dehydrated zucchini into flour
and just make a pancake recipe….You can make them for maple syrup or add
grated potatoes and grated onion and serve with sour cream…Just a
    thought.?

Hi Steve -love your videos . Thanku. In my country,India, in the north,we
make a dough out of whole wheat flour, and wash it under a running tap just
the way you did. The remaining dough is then cut into pieces and fried and
then put in a curry base and have it with steamed rice or whole wheat
    tortillas called roti.?

our colon are all sticking around by gluten, then causing also constipation
and even more chocks and blocks there inside. :)that is why we see so much
accumulation of extra fats, and so much very big stomachs. 🙂 we shall
drink soups only daily to prevent “tumor and cancers”.:) maybe even butter
and cheese better for consumption than breads.?

I am now believe and thinking the mices are even smarter than men, because
they only eating fresh rice, never any gluten made breads, and vegetables.
They touch no cookies too. And ppl’s tumor or “cancer” actually maybe just
is a long term accumulation of gluten inside the stomach mix with some
honey or sticky proteins. which are not harmful but cause physical stuff
    inside you.?

  20. cherryboombooom

  23. info legal

everyday, we actually are eating and drinking a lot things, we actually do
not know much about , and that is also maybe why all aliens using wheat
farm to form their warnings to us, because to them, wheat farm is a waste
of grass only. this is only my guess, and our ancestors are all eating this
“food ” for over thousands of yrs. rice, corn, soy beans maybe even better
as real food, testing mices first. :)?
