What a fab idea!
My daughters are half Irish? so this will be super fun to try with them x
Looks like a mighty tasty treat! Hope you and your beautiful girl had a great St. Patty’s day!?
Not likely Anne, I think it’s a fitting Nod to the St.? Patrick Days Celebrations. 🙂
Yes? we are. so, do you have a favorite place that you like to go? We love to hear the vendors shouting out what they have to sell. Also love Claudios, Superior Ravioli and Fante’s
This looks divine. I’m so happy to see you? have converted to video.
No it was not.. But that? is your assumption and assumption is the mother of all screw ups..
Thanks so much Glen.?
Thanks so much Brenda, I had no clue that these were only a local candy until I did some company research for the video.? And even though I grew up in Philly, I never knew about them because my family didn’t celebrate St Patty’s Day when I was a kid. I hope your weekend is going well. Hugs!
Wow! Is that all that you got out of the video?
But, I? can sympathize with you.
My pronunciation drives me crazy too at times. 🙂
Very? interesting recipe these little treats, look quite tasty!
they are pronounced “ALLLL? MUUUNDS” not “ALLMENS”
Anna these look terrific,,,,As I had mentioned on my GF page,,,I had never heard of these,, then tonight,, I was watching a YT video,,? and it was of a couple and they were at a store and found the Boxed ones 🙂 I bet these taste so yummy!! Great job with the editing,, You do such a great job!! Hugs my friend!!

Thank you. Hope? you have an awesome weekend.
Yum indeed Sara.? Thanks for stopping by.
Wow we are practically neighbors.
I can walk? to the Italian market from where I live.
Hey Kelvin. I’m not surprised that you never heard of these before.
They’re a local tradition. ? I’ve lived in Philadelphia all my life and still didn’t know about them since I grew up in an Italian family that never really celebrated St Patty’s day.
Thanks Steve, I picked the title since my recipe has the almonds and cocoa in there that make mine look “dirty”.
I’m just hoping that no one of Irish descent thinks of it? an an insult in any way.
Haha, thanks for? dropping by bilrts.
Thanks David. The salty almonds help to make the whole thing less sweet.
I know that you’re a lot like me and? don’t really like a lot of sweets.
I’d take a pile of those ribs you made over candy any day of the week.
