I am so glad you and your son liked it! Thank you for? letting me know. I have been working on a cracker recipe and I had it down, but we have moved and I can’t find notebook with my notes. I will get it on as soon as I find it. It is similar to a ritz or clubhouse cracker.

I made just the tortilla? today for my son, who is 11 & just starting the gfcf diet. We both liked it!!! It’s so simple that he mentioned that he would like to make it on his own. Thank you for sharing!!!!

This recipe is AWESOME! It has really opened up some more food choices for my son. We have used the tortilla itself for “snack wraps” and even as a? hot dog bun! This is great! THANK YOU for sharing!

Oatmeal in? its self does not have gluten, the problem with it is cross contamination. You can buy gluten free oatmeal though. Just google it. Bob’s red mill brand sells it in quite a few grocery stores.
