    …still felt really sick after eating wheat? (especially bread, bagels, pancakes and waffles). I eliminated all gluten (as well as butter since I’m lactose intolerant and that’s the only dairy I can handle,) and have started feeling better than I have in years. I do notice that when I’m really craving french bread, naan, tortillas, I do feel a little worse and it took a while for me to realize that is from me craving it so desperately.
    It really is amazing how gluten can affect some people.

    I grew up in NoVA (Loudoun) and went to doctor after doctor for years trying to figure out what was wrong with me. (If I had seen the truelife episode while I still lived there, I would have TOTALLY gone to Dr. Roselle, but I digress.)
