The Elvis Coffee Cake – Gluten Free

Posted on

Elvis would have loved this is peanut butter and banana coffee cake topped with crispy bacon and peanut butter glaze. This delicious fusion of salty and sweet flavors is the best use of overripe bananas imaginable. A little bacon goes a long way in this reinvented Elvis fave that gets its name from the peanut butter, bacon and banana sandwiches that The King reportedly loved so much. The peanut butter and bananas in the recipe make this recipe better option than most coffee cakes.
