My understanding is that Bob’s does NOT test on animals but Bob and his wife Charlee have given a $25 mil donation to Oregon Health & Science University to study childhood obesity and other diseases. The University DOES do animal testing though they have assured Bob that no part of the donation would? be used in animal tests. Some people feel that by supporting the University itself Bob is indirectly supporting animal testing while others are comfortable with the estrangement.

great series – I admire your restraint with your fingers! When I cook, I rake the rest of the ingredients out with my fingers, scrape the batter off the spoon with my fingers, etc. Of course I wash my hands well before I start and rinse them after each time I touch the food …? but I am much more casual with my cooking. Just wondered if you are as delicate at home for yourself?
