The Old fashion (non-enamel coated) Cast Iron cookware. This is how our grandmothers and their grandmothers cook!

If you can’t find Pure Cast? Iron pan, go with the second best… Stainless Steel.

Just made these and they are delicious. The banana flavor was not strong, surprisingly. It has a lovely almond,? nutty flavor and easy to make. I calculated the calories and they are 111 calories per pancake (I got 6 pancakes out of my batch). 8.2gm of fat; 7.6 gm carbs; 3.8 gm protein, fiber 1.7 . Beware, these are dense calories, but I found one or two were very filling.

They look yummy! I’ll try them soon. All you recipes look great.Thank you? so much for taking the time to make these videos. I’ve noticed you like almond butter as much as me! Its much cheaper to make you own almond butter (well it is here in England), just put blanched or regular almonds in a mixer/blender and blend away for around 10 minutes. You could add salt, I don’t, as I prefer it without.

I think people who include dairy are more Primal than Paleo. The couple books I? have read for Paleo do exclude that food group. Go to “marks daily apple.com” for more information on a Primal approach to food.

Geez girl, did you use Teflon pan to cook your pancake? Do you know than Teflon’s non stick surface contains fluoride that leech into your food when heated? And the plastic spatula also not? a great idea.

  18. qwertyfuture

that link? doesnt work, so no recipe makes this video pointless

  23. 80jett

  24. eskyguard

What is your accent?? I can’t place it.

What changed from what it “used to be”? Paleo means by definition PRE-agricultural hunter gatherer diet. No cows were milked, no milk was available. If diary is OK, then by the same logic grains? are OK too in the new gray definition?
