It is most likely possible. I’m just not familiar with using an artificial sweetener in baking. If you’ve used it in other baked goods, I imagine it would work well in this. If you do try it I hope? you’ll report back whether or not it worked for you. It would help future readers of the comments.
Is it possible to use an artificial? sweetener like stevia instead of sugar?
