The following information was copied and pasted from the Bailey’s website Gluten: The ingredients used in Baileys are Gluten free. On the basis of this and to the best of our knowledge there are no traces of Gluten in Baileys. As we are not qualified to give medical advice persons requiring a Gluten free diet should consult their medical adviser before consuming Baileys. Recipe Ingredients list : Ingredients for the Crust 1 cup gluten free flour blend ΒΌ cup cocoa Β½ cup walnuts pulverized ΒΌ tsp cinnamon 1 stick butter Β½ cup sugar Ingredients for the Cheesecake 5 packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 40oz 1 cup of sugar 1/3 cup cocoa 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish cream 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 cup sour cream 4 eggs Ingredients for the Topping 4 oz baileys or heavy cream 6 oz dark chocolate

    It is most likely possible. I’m just not familiar with using an artificial sweetener in baking. If you’ve used it in other baked goods, I imagine it would work well in this. If you do try it I hope? you’ll report back whether or not it worked for you. It would help future readers of the comments.

    Thanks Victoria. It was the most decadent thing I made all year. All I can? say is thank god I took the cake to a party so I only ate one piece. If this cake was left at my house, I would have gained 5 pounds.

    This is a really good one? and if you want to make it even easier you could make the crust out of gluten free graham crackers of crushed gluten free shortbread cookies.
