The bread is called Rudi’s origininal gluten free sandwich bread. I’ll be doing a gluten free sweet potato muffins with a walnut streusel topping next. They would make a good snack but alot of days I just grab a handful of nuts to tide me over til? dinner.

That BLT Looks like a million dollar BLT! Fantastic! that first pic is worthy to be in a magazine! What a great way to use your leftover bean dip! I bet it goes wonderful with the bacon and lettuce!!!? Clever idea! Rudi’s bread looks fantastic! and 90 calories a piece is way less than regular bread! and the slices do look way thicker than regular bread! Wonderful and easy recipe!
