This Eggnog Fudge is one of the simplest dessert recipes you’ll ever make. In mere minutes and using only a few ingredients you’ll look like you’ve toiled in the kitchen over a bubbling pot with a candy thermometer for hours. And even though this is a decadent treat, it’s a much healthier choice than the drink where it gets its inspiration. With eggnog packing in more than 400 calories a cup even before adding the booze and whipped cream this fudge begins to look like health food. After all, at least we’re getting a good dose of heart healthy walnuts mixed in with the decadence.
