Is it normal to go from a junkie diet to a gluten free diet made up of mostly fruits,? veggies, and lean protein. during the first 3 days to feel “healthier” but feel sick at the same time?
Sarah, that shirt? is beautiful! Thank you for all that you do!
you look so beautiful in this video :)) and this? video was very helpful. thanks!
eating gluten free is the worst! I have celiacs and after two years of strictly eating vegetarian, dairy free, and gluten free, I’m now cracking, which is not good :/ Its a good way to eat healthier, but I don’t recommend it? to people who don’t have to. Its not pleasant and you miss out on a lot.

I’m not celiac, but have fructose malabsorption; meaning I have to avoid wheat (not neccesarily gluten), but most foods I consume are gluten free. My fave gf treat? Peanut butter cookies! 1 cup pb, .5 cup sugar (most use 1 cup)? and 1 whole egg, mix, drop 1 tbsp of dough on cookies sheet, bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes and VOILA!
YUM!
Thank you. I will have to give woodchuck a try? sometime.
I always crave junk food after i workout!!! how can i stop this and why? is it happening???????
Be careful, although this is? said to be true among many celiac experts, the celiac sprue association recommends against the consumption of any grain based alcohols.
Yes they are! You need to verify their source so be careful. Many are? GFree though. You can find safe lists by searching online
try a Gfree hard cider like? woodchuck I enjoy it more than beer (I’m celiac, all gluten-free)
All vodkas are gluten-free unless gluten containing flavors have been added to them. Vodkas made from corn, soy, potatoes? and even wheat are gluten-free. This is true of all distilled spirits. Unfortunately for many years, scientists didn’t understand that the gluten protein is removed in the distillation process so people were told they had to avoid all alcohols that were distilled from gluten grains.
I heard the same? about beer and I agree we do! We have a good repertoire!
I know! I didn’t realize it before we shot! I have no lips as? is so this was not good!
check out my college diet plan on my site sarah fit – it has suggetions and a gluten free plan and a college plan – i’d suggest combining them or see if you school offers g-free options. I feel like? they should these days…
sorry… trying to make it more interesting!?
thanks. I think I’m nice too? 🙂
it’s bc I was there for a? shoot and needed to look lean… trying to keep it up though now too. Thanks for the complement 🙂
H&M?
Sarah that lipstick makes your lips look non-existent! Esp since your so orange?
I’m confused, I thought a lot of? vodkas and gins were made with grain?
Hi Sarah, I have heard? that all the gluten-free beers so far are not good. I have yet to try a barley-free barley pop! Miss Jill and you work well together.
PeaProtein covered? Frozen Bananas thank You Jill!!! xoxo
