Thanks so much for that bit of info, Anne. I believe that they sale the Glutino flour brand on Amazon. I’ll try there. This has been an interesting (and expensive!!!) journey? of trial & error so far, LOL. Have a great one!!!

The GF all purpose flour blend I used was produced by Glutino. The box is green and white and says “Gluten? Free Pantry” on it. The yogurt has to be really thick. I’ve tried this with regular plain yogurt and figured I could just add more flour but it didn’t work out so well. I’m not sure the of consistency of soy yogurt or if there’s even a greek variety out there. I’m keeping my fingers crossed as you try to navigate your way towards a better pizza.

2)…and I also used a tiny bit of shredded parm that I had? deep in the freezer, and I feel awfully guilty about using that. I haven’t had a chance to get over to the OutPost & shop for vegan goods. Hope I don’t have too bad a reaction. However, I ran across your receipe for “impossible cheeseburgers” using the GF Bisquick. I will be making these tonight since I have all the items needed on hand. Just won’t be using any cheese unfortunately. I love your page! Have a great holiday/weekend, Anne!!

1). Hi there Anne, I must say, YES, it is one of the hardest challenges I’ve faced thus far; going dairy free. Honestly way much harder than having to give up wheat & sugar. Just wanted to tell you that today? I made a pizza using that GF Bisquick & I didn’t really like the crust at all. Yours sure looks to be a winner! Maybe I can get some “soy” greek yogurt & “Diaya” vegan cheese & hopefully it will turn out ok. May I ask what type of GF flour did you use? I used a bit of feta for my pizza…..

It must be so difficult, avoiding gluten, dairy and refined sugar. The stuff is everywhere.? Since many GF folks are also dealing with multiple allergies you’ll often find comments on my recipes detailing substitutions like almond milk or soy milk etc. If you adjust my recipes to fit in with your specific needs, I welcome, your thoughts and results (good or bad). Anything you share is sure to help someone in a similar situation. We’re all in this together. Thanks for stopping by. ~Anne

@EZGlutenFree… I just wanted to say thank you for the warm welcome you’d recently left on my page after discovering that I had subscribed to you. I’m still learning my way around YT, but I’m beyond estatic that I somehow stumbled across your channel. I’ve recently gone GF, as well as dairy & re-fined sugar free and this has not been an easy task adjusting. But I just know? that I can refer to your receipes for a kick-start. Your videos are so user-friendly & I love that. Thanks again!

Ohhhhhhhhh thank you so much Anne.
Yes ma’am it’s gluten free and I’ve added you? to my blogroll 🙂

  12. EZGlutenFree

Glad you liked it. I love your blog. I wanted to let you know that I added it to my blog list over at my site. The list is called …(Blogger Brigade) Now, as far as I can tell your blog is gluten free but I just want to verify that. I have the list color coded just to let? the readers know if the blog is GF or not. If the blog is not gluten free I can always change the color code.

I made a pizza last night using this pizza dough? recipe. It was soooooooo YUMMY.

You’re right, both buckwheat and quinoa flours are gluten free I haven’t used them yet. I’m experimenting all the time. I LOVE the idea of Parm in the dough. ? It would bring the flavor of the crust to a whole new level of deliciousness. Thanks

  15. MrEZCooking

I bet if you added some grated Parm to the doug mix to thicken it up that might work, I know it would add another layer of golden goodiness and? flavor. I think Buckwheat flour is gluten free? And I think Quinoa flour is gluten free? I think so don’t quote me! I still love the recipe and you can’t talk me out of it!…..:)

  16. EZGlutenFree

I’m not sure what I’d do differently. Maybe I’d leave it thicker and bake it a few minutes less. This crust was better than my first GF pizza made with gf bisquick. I’ve only been gluten free since March so I still have a strong memory of good pizza. I’ll keep trying different recipes and techniques til I get a great? one.

  17. MrEZCooking

What do think you would do differently the next time to get it closer to what you want?? I know that Bobs Red Mill makes a pretty good gluten free dough mix. All in all tho’ for a quick pie without the gluten I would eat it! My mom would to!

  18. EZGlutenFree

Thanks, but unless your mom is coming for dinner I’d use regular dough. This was great but still falls slightly short? of regular dough.

  19. MrEZCooking

That dough looks like a great idea Anne! I hate making pizza dough that I have to wait 30mins for to rise.? I just want to get going! I am going to have to try this dough out! This is a really great pizza idea Anne I know my Mom would like this!

  20. EZGlutenFree

That’s brilliant. It just brings? the cupcakes to a whole new level of deliciousness.

  21. ADeliciousMess

I made some? more of those carrot cake cupcakes last night and soaked the raisins in spiced rum for two hours hehehe. Wish I couild email you some. { Big Hugs } Mija

  22. EZGlutenFree

? You don’t know how much I wish we could email food to each other. Then you could have sent me some of those carrot cake cupcakes you made.

  23. ADeliciousMess

Ohhhhhhhh that looks so yummmy. Can you email me a slice? ? 😀

  24. EZGlutenFree

Thanks Rita, and it’s another recipe with 1/2 your name. That thought actually popped into my mind while I was making this. If? your not on a gluten free you can always just use regular pizza dough and make this in no time.
