When I read this comment, it made my day! My whole reasoning for making these videos, is to help others! When I was diagnosed 8 years, it was impossible to find edible gluten free food. I am so thankful that it is getting easier! Thank you for watching my videos and let me know? if there is anything else she wants that isn’t gluten free and I can try to make it. I hope you guys had a very Merry Christmas!
Amy, I just made this corn bread for my stuffing and it is yummy. About three years ago my wife wound up realizing that she had celiac and was the cause of all of her suffering.Once she found this out she couldn’t find much to eat. I have tried different recipies so she could eat what weate but they? just weren’t very appealing. With this corn bread she’ll be able to now enjoy a Christmas dinner with all the fixings.
Thank you.
Not sure where you are but up in Canada you can find gluten free flour at the Bulk Barn. In the states there must be a? similar chain of stores. Good luck.
Thanks Amy :)?
Thank you so? much! More and more people are finding out that gluten isn’t good for them.
Awe, thanks! Trust me, my recipes aren’t that difficult.? I don’t like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen! So if I can do it, you can do it! 🙂
No, I am very fortunate to have a local grocery store that has a good selection of GF items, such as flour. You can buy it online, but it’s already expensive so if you have to pay for shipping, it would cost even more. Bob’s Red Mill is one of the GF flours I use and they have a website, where if you enter your zip code, it? comes up with stores around you that sell those products. I think GF flour is a very essential item to have when being gluten free! I hope that helps!
I recently told a? friend of mine about your channel after she told me what a difference gluten free has made in her health. I hope she checks it out! Keep up the good work, Amy!
I really like your channel amy. I like how personable you? are and down to earth. Even though I can’t cook, I enjoy watching 🙂
I cannot find gluten free? flour. did you order yours online?
