Hi, there! Thanks for posting. You are totally right? — whole wheat flour has gluten in it! I am using a whole GRAIN flour that you can find on my blog. The link for the flour is in the description below the video. Thanks for asking! 🙂
Hi there, this looks really nice and vegan friendly but? I thought wholewheat flour still had gluten in it… I am a bit confused. Or do you get gluten free wholewheat flour? Please enlighten me!
and cute? cat!! love how hes just sun bathing n watching the whole thing (:
great video!?
I’d hit her Gspot? 😉
I haven’t made the bread yet. just got the receipe. I? like how you took your time and went over it again. Thank you for your teaching skills.
I like your cat.?
It will turn out much better if you cut the sugar, salt and electric mixer and substitute water for the almond milk. Hand kneading and light mixing with a spoon or spatula results in a better bread, especially if using baking soda/powder. Baking soda has plenty? of salt. Use more applesauce for taste.
Hi, there! Thanks for watching! 🙂 I would try substituting amaranth or sorghum flour. No matter which one you choose, be sure? to weigh the flour so that it equals the gram measurement for the oat flour (42 grams) because they will have different densities. Enjoy!
hey, I looked up the whole grain gluten free flour mixture and saw that it had Oat flour in it, and I can’t have oats, I have a food? sensitivity to them… is there a substitute? love yr videos… ; )
You’re very? welcome! Enjoy. 🙂
Thank you for sharing, very informative. I am? looking for new vegan recipes

The mixture I use (2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed meal + 6 Tablespoons warm water) in this video is equal to 2 eggs. Thanks? for watching!
Awesome recipe. I like that you weigh the flour mixture. How many eggs would I sub for the? amount of flax slurry that you used if I wanted to use eggs?
