These no bake Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes combine lighter ingredients with the flavor of chocolate to bring you a gluten free, guilt free, easy to make dessert. This delectable classic forgoes the oven in favor of a simpler preparation method. Not only can these be thrown together quickly, but they also employ the use of cereal in the crust and lighter ingredients in the filling so there’ll be no dieter’s remorse after eating this one. Great? idea!
Super simple and delicious. And if I’m running short? on time sometimes I just layer the crust mixture and filling in a fancy glass and call it a chocolate cheesecake parfait.
I’ll have to try this recipe!!! Looks? super simple and on the healthier side for a dessert! Two thumbs up!
Thanks Lila, Since you’re not on a gluten? free diet I’d just use regular graham crackers or crushed oreos in the crust. It will make them even better.
I love how you said “you piped out way too many snowflakes…” lol! And I love that these are no bake and made? with light ingredients – I’ll definitely have to try these! 🙂
Thank You. Your kind words are? much appreciated.
This looks so mmm mmm? good! going to have to try this!
I hope? you like them.
I know what I am going to have to make? soon.
Stopping at one is? always the biggest challenge indeed.
Thanks.? I always appreciate your kind words.
OH MY? LOOKS SOOOO YUMMY!
I am so excited to have found your channel! Its? making me feel a lot better about my problems 🙂
What a great idea to make them mini (for portion control)? in a cupcake tin…BUT I wonder if I can eat just one? THAT is the question!!! =D
Thanks they? were very yummy.
This? looks so yummy!!!
Thanks Miss Gemy. The apple pie could prove to be a bit difficult. I haven’t quite found a gluten free crust that will stand up in an apple pie without falling apart and still taste good. I’ll keep working on it. If I am able to? accomplish a good apple pie I’ll do a video and send you a message directly.
Looks? delicious as always. Can you make an apple pie video?
Thanks,? I appreciate you stopping by to check this one out.
Thanks Sandy. I had a very good Thanksgiving. I know you must be having a ball in Mexico with your family. Have fun my? friend.
What a beautiful looking cake! Everything looks great, the cake itself, the chocolate topping is so cute! Yummy, my nephews love desserts, I will be making this for them! Thanks for sharing Anne! I hope you are doing great! Greetings from Mexico my friend! I hope? you had a great thanksgiving day!
Awesome Video Thanks for sharing?
Your crust sounds amazing. I’ve been tossing around the idea of? a coconut crust myself to go with a chocolate pie. Your GF Key Lime Pie sounds like it’s to die for. I feel inspired to do some future experimenting now that I know a coconut crust can work. Thank you.
I love cheesecake. That was a great idea using the GF Chex as the crust. I have perfected a GF Key Lime Pie where I use sweetened coconut, egg white and canola oil as a crust. I pre-bake them for about 10-15 mins then add pie? filling. YUM. Thanks for sharing.
