I’ve always eaten a lot of chicken and even more since starting HCG. I guess it’s not as appealing these days just easy. I do seem to prefer fish and shrimp over chicken now. Do you eat seafood? If you don’t eat seafood and you are having a hard time with chicken, I know Dr. Simeons says vegetarians can have fat free milk or curds (which I think must? be the same as fat-free cottage cheese). Hope that helps. 🙂
Thanks! Aren’t some of those sites so cool? Another new hobby I think! I’m waiting to decide if this will be my last round based on how I feel at the end, what my body composition is, and just how I’m feeling about my trouble areas (thighs/hips). I’ll think I’ll have a better idea after I stabilize in P3 and can start working out and toning up too. I’d love to be done for a little while and just live this new, healthier life but I also just want all the abnormal fat? to be gone. 🙂

Did you ever develop an aversion to meat? I have chicken in my fridge waiting to be cooked and I gag at the thought of eating it! Just the thought of eating meat some days makes me sick to? my stomach. Any tips?
