RECIPE: Gluten-Free Waffles/Pancakes

A How-To video featuring my favorite recipe for gluten free waffles. This recipe can be modified to make fluffy pancakes by reducing the amount of gluten-free flour to 1 and 3/4 cups instead of 2 cups. My favorite way of serving these is with chocolate chips inside, but you can eat them any way you like! You’ll Need: 1 and 1/2 cups milk 2 eggs or egg substitute equivalent 4 Tbs melted butter (half a stick) 2 Cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour (or 1 and 3/4 cups Arrowhead Mills all purpose gluten free flour) 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Chocolate chips, blueberries, other filling of your choice, or just eat plain!
