I was only told that i had an intolerance to gluten and dairy in the past 2 years. I was gluten free for one year and then not so much the next year as being a busy student with a crazy schedules left me little choices when having to eat while out and every near not offering any suitable choices. My tummy and I would really like some tips on how to? make this lifestyle easier when leading a hectic lifestyle and being out on the road all the time. ๐

Yeah!! I had the SAME experience. I’ve also noticed that ODDLY enough… organic white flour works WAYY better for me than? organic wheat flour
