    +? ‘normal’ food tastes a lot better. and where I live the price is 4x and there isn’t a lot of gluten free to find in stores, let alone in a restaurant here

    i eat gluten free because i have an intolerance to it and trust me it WILL not make you? lose weight. It is just like eating with gluten but 3x the price

    There’s a diet called “hypotoxic diet” that is gluten and dairy free. This diet is supposed to cured or reduced a lot of health problems like Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriasis, Asthma, migraine and a lot more. It still need to be tested more but I think it’s a great idea and it seems it have worked for a? lot of people that have tried it.

    My informations are based the book of Jacqueline lagace from Quebec, sorry it’s only in french.

    please do a video about canker sores…what they are, how to? prevent them, how to treat them once we get them, etc… they’re very painful and it would be great to know some remedies and ways to prevent developing mouth ulcers 🙁

    Trust me? that a Gluten free diet WILL leave you CONSTIPATED !!!!! DON’T DO IT!

    i think gluten-free diet changes your skin. i used to have some acnes(red one), not? many, but not few. now, i can’t see any red on my face!! i can’t really say this diet is good for everyone yet i do recommend this diet to those who have any troubles on their skin.
