These Oven Fried Popcorn Shrimp with a healthy twist are sure to be just as addicting as the original deep fried version without wrecking havoc on your diet. When it comes to Popcorn Shrimp nobody can eat just one. Now, these crunchy little golden bites can be enjoyed guilt free without sacrificing crispiness or flavor.     It was trial and error for a long time. It was frustrating, but yet rewarding? when I finally found something that tasted good or like the “real” stuff. Then of course when they came out with the name brands that went GF, you would have thought I won the lottery the way I was acting in the isles at the store :0)

    GF Bisquick does make? life a lot easier. You’ve been gluten free for much longer than I have so it must have really been rough before the main stream companies began getting on board with GF products.
