The Gluten-Free Diet

Posted on

Gluten is the sticky protein that can be found in grains like barley, wheat and rye. Gluten sticks to the intestines and can have an effect on the health of everyone- even those who aren’t allergic to gluten. www.WatchMojo.com discovers that cutting gluten from your diet can mean that your body will be able to benefit from the nutrients you eat- meaning better night’s sleep, healthier looking skin and even a smaller waist line.

My friend just? made a post on something really interesting she saw online about a potential cure for gluten intolerance and celiac disease that seems to work for just about everyone with gluten issues. I don’t know about it’s ‘true’ validity, however I’d say it’s worth at least looking into. Leave your comments on this hot topic! She’d like to hear of your perspectives at

I have coeliac and I hate it when people go onto a gluten free diet just to loose weight. Ok maybe reduce the amount of gluten you take but dont take it? out of your system if you dont have to do it for medical reasons.
