gluten free cooking: stuffed brussel sprouts!

This is a recipe I tested out and it came out amazing so I thought I would share. All you need is: Brussel sprouts ( frozen or fresh) 1 cup of cheddar 1cup of parm fresh cooked bacon (save the grease as you will need it) a baking dish oven temp. 350 cook for 30 mins.

    I’ve never seen a stuffed brussel? sprout before.
    I can’t think of a tastier way to eat them.
