Here is my recipe for gluten free french toast. 1 egg beaten with 1 heaping teaspoon brown sugar, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup milk. Put 1/2 tbs of butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Then add a piece of gluten free bread that has been dipped in the mixture. Serve with maple syrup.
