Quinoa with Shrimp and Asparagus – Naturally Gluten Free

For this fantastic Quinoa Recipe and more visit ezgf.blogspot.com Ingredients: • 1 cup quinoa • 9 oz shrimp, cleaned, deveined and sliced in half lengthwise • 2 cup of stock, chicken or vegetable • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved • ½ bunch of asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces • 1 large clove of garlic • 2 Serrano peppers • the juice and zest of one lemon • 2 tablespoons of olive oil • red pepper flakes • old bay seasoning • salt and pepper

    Since quinoa is loaded with protein it’s? even more satisfying than rice or pasta. And since it is like a blank canvas you can take it into either sweet or savory directions. I hope that you like it.

    We’re going? to try to stay away from rice and pasta. Transitioning to quinoa is going to be such a challenge. We’ve never eaten it before. Hopefully it will be filling and satisfying enough. It looks like an awesome base for many dishes though. This recipe looks great.
